Another Reply to a Trump Cultist
(Note - this is a letter I wrote in the Daily Review, the local newspaper of Towanda, PA in response to a Trump supporter, in this case John Fedorchak Sr. His writings are typical of most of Trump's supporters and Fox "News" fans. If you know a Trump supporter, just substitute their name.)
Perhaps John watches only Fox "News" and isn't aware of the following:
- Trump is a self-admitted sexual predator.
- Trump, while president, paid a $25 million settlement after a federal court ruled that Trump "University" was a scam and had defrauded students.
- Trump is a documented racist (along with his father).
- Trump is a white supremacist who refuses to clearly denounce the movement or even admit that white supremacist terrorism exists.
- Trump is a well-documented pathological liar.
- Evidence shows that Trump committed bank fraud when he tried (and failed) to buy the Buffalo Bills a few years ago to negate former NFL commissioner Pete Rozelle's edict that Trump will never own an NFL team because Trump was a "scumbag huckster."
There are many Trump supporters who ignore his numerous flaws because he pretends to be moral and pretends to support the working class. The result of his tax cuts show otherwise. It caused the deficit to explode (as expected by real economists) and it raised taxes on the working class and cut taxes on the 1%. Tariff-man Trump has caused the largest trade deficit in history. Trump supporters have been duped my a master con artist. Some have realized this; most haven't.
Fedorchak wrote that Trump is not a Stalin, a Mussolini, or a Hitler. Not yet anyway. If given the chance, never doubt that Trump would become a ruthless dictator along with those he loves, Putin and Kim Jong-un.
Fedorchak wrote that the law is after Trump. On the contrary, the law is following the evidence and the evidence is closing in on Trump. Trump knows this and is beginning to panic. He knows that he will soon be exposed as the fraud and criminal that he always was.
I don't expect any of the above to change the mind of Trump's supporters. Very few of Jim Jones' supporters could be swayed either.
John L Ferri
